01 Design Consultation

Do you have a room that is just not coming together? I can help you turn your house into a beautiful, functional home that reflects your style and personality. Includes an initial consultation either at your home or by video conference to discuss the project brief (up to two hours), inspirational images, and a report.

This service can be used for but is not limited to;

02 Room Makeover (design for one room in detail)

This package is designed to help with the general concept of one room. I work with you to create a detailed design concept after helping you discover your design style.

• Includes an initial one-hour consultation either at your home or by video call

• Floorplan and 2D elevation visuals

• 3D visual add on from £195

• Consultation to discuss concept (two revisions granted)

• Information pack with suggested sources and tips for your space (shopping list of items)

  • A concept board, visual mood board, follow up summary & shopping list of where to source the recommended items

• Help with budget decisions and narrowing down what your main focus should be

• A video design presentation to talk you through the design

  
  

This is handed over to you to source directly at your convenience and implement the scheme with confidence.

*Kindly note new kitchens and bathrooms are more complex and will be quoted separately depending on the size and scope of the project. Kitchens and bathrooms start from £2000

Procurement

Are you pressed for time with your interior design shopping list or feeling unsure about how to place the orders? I can liaise with suppliers and manage the ordering process for you, taking the stress off your shoulders. With this service you unlock access to my trade discounts. When buying finishes, fittings and furniture, clients find that savings often go a long way to offset the procurement fee.

03 Project Coordination

This is a full project coordination service designed to take the stress off you. It is designed for bigger projects that involve more than one room and different trades.

Based on the approved design of the rooms, I can liaise with the builder, instruct the decorators, coordinate procurement of all items within the scheme, manage delivery dates if needed and style all the finishing touches.

• Includes project supervision, liaising with builders, craftsmen, organising and inspecting deliveries.

• Management of costs

Price FROM 20% of Total Project Value depending on size and scope of project

04 Project Management Light

For occasional visits to supervise the works and solve any design query that might arise.

Price is £190 per hour plus travel expenses

*Travel costs outside a 5km radius will be added to all services

HOW IT WORKS

We will work closely together to ensure the final outcome is tailored to your needs and lifestyle.

STEP 1

Initial contact where we will schedule a free discovery call to discuss your needs and desires in relation to your project. We will also use this time to discuss which service package is best for you, so I can later send you a quote for my fees and what they include.

STEP 2

Once we have agreed on the quote and service, I will provide you with my invoice and a digital client brief (questionnaire) in order to gather more information on the space, your style and expectations.

STEP 3

Consultation via video call or in person. During this consultation, we will together review the client brief. We will discuss design options, tips and take measurements if needed.

The story

I am Alessandra Garcia, founder of Orsetto Interiors. Born in Rome to parents from El Salvador, I have lived in more than 10 countries. I have a Postgraduate Degree in Furniture Design from Elisava Barcelona School of Design & Engineering, and am an Equivalent Part II Architect from Monterrey Tec, Mexico. I have a Diploma in Interior Design from Loyola Business School of the Americas, and am also a Certified Project Manager from the Project Management Institute (PMI). I am inspired by the works of artists and artisans that tell a story, mixing and matching creations and materials from places and eras, to complement and create beautiful architectural features in your home.
